Why do you think CSGO died?

Exactly. Source had a creativity that GO hasn't ever had. But I do like GO gameplay more. No Im pretty sure it still lives....its the fan base thatre dead (or rather dead inside...). For real though, I still find it rather entertaining.

it got hacked, some pixels got corrupted and started blinking. A bunch of players started complaining that the blinking pixels gave them covid

it hasn't died, still a very active playerbase. i no longer like it and cant wait till it dies, but its def not dead. look at the steam charts alone or active players.

I dont think it has died alot of people still remain active but I feel like they should start on making a new counterstrike with alot better graphics and add a whole lot of different features.

The game doesn't die, there's still a lot of players.
But in a way, the game "died" since it became free.
The rise of way more cheaters, way more smurfs, it pretty much ruined the game at this point.

because you can't play it if you have a low-end pc just like Fortnite because of the updates
