Why does pubg get so much hate?

I mean, it is a good game, but everyone just seems to hate it for some reason. Why do you think so many people hate it?

no one hates it where am from its a very cool game i play it a lot when am bored also very addictive too

Because it is laggy and very new and the mechanics are not the greatest although it is a decent game

well at first everyone hated it because of the bad performance it had and the shitty bugs that could just ruin your whole round

Mainly all of the hate comes from fortnite fans (such as me). I personally don't "HATE" the game because i've never played it and don't plan on playing it either but its mainly because PUBG for a while were feeling like they were the pioneers of BR style games and people hated them forthatbeing that H1Z1 and other BR games were out before they were.
