Why don't people use torrents instead of dropbox or mega.nz

I find it really strange that people use dropbox or mega.nz for dumps. These links can be taken down if reported fairly quickly so it doesn't make sense. It would be far better to make a torrent in my opinion. What do you think?

Don't torrents rely on users machine being on to share? Which means links go dead if the sharer logs off. Being vigilant with dropbox and using passworded files seems to be the better way.

i guess it is because of the ease of access i mean to view what's inside a torrent you have to actually download

Yea thats right. Its mich more easy with dropbox. But You cant have much on your dropbox das well.

i think when we use torrent it may steal or leaves some prints so further that could be traceable so that's why now everyone's using these alternatives
