Why everyboy hate Teemo?

Basically, he is not a nasty champion, only his mushrooms on the 35th minute become unbearable.

because of mushrooms,he is also easy to play and hard to gank because of shrooms,i like to play him but it's not my main

because he is an annoying bitch with darts that shoot up our asses

That's the most cancerous way to kill someone in league. When you're an ADC, it's just hell for you.

Because Teemo is a ranged buggy champion with extremely strong on hit effects ( poison , Q ). Playing aganist a teemo main at the toplane as a melee bruiser is a no go except you get jungle help.
