Why i must write 15 posts to see...

You need to have at least 15 posts to see interesting information because there are people out there who just like to leech from here, and not contribute anything at all. This is unfair for the people who have contributed a lot of information but don't receive much back.

After a long time, I decided to login here and apparently the admin don't like short messages

It's a bit difficult to provide usefull info after just registering, I understand where the admins are coming from, however people will always find a way to beat the system. Also whats the point of people providing good info/content if the general public can't get to use it? that like saying you cant take a book from a library until you write and publish book and get it into that library first

Actually this makes sense as it kinda forces people to be more active and contribute to the site rather than to just come in and leech. The point system (credits) also is good incentive for people to really think of good value to contribute rather than just write rubbish posts.

The main reason is to stop people leeching content and feeding it to other sites.
