Either get real close and use it with burst or actually aim for the head. You get kills when aiming for the head.

It's actually not bad, low spread, 1 hit/2hit HS kills, decent fire rate, its actually decent

IRL, I don't like Glocks either, Sig Sauer and HK are awesome though!

It's a great gun, but usually use as a last resort

Use only the glock on last resort or on the 1st round , try to play like its a deagle try to do heashot only and dont spam the fuck out of the glock
When you hear step near you , use the burst mode ^^

The Glock is pretty good at middle range bcus you can spam it then.
