Why military rp very bad?

I play in many server about war, but not one of them is not popular.

A lot of MilitaryRP servers are shit because of multiple things

1. Whitelisted jobs and training required (Some servers never have trainers online)

2. Is this fucking kony's child army? (A fuck ton of high ranking officers that are squeakers)

3. Shit host resulting in server wide lag

4. Shit rules and or shit admins

First thing :
-You need to have a training to be whitelisted in jobs but trainers are never here
-Lack of good servers that run smoothly with great scripts and plugins

Probably cause a lot of rdm and kids thinking they can do what they want and most servers are laggy as shit

its flooded with rdm, and a lot of immature players, cant gain a loyal fanbase.

Not many servers run it very well, alot of poeplethink you can run MilitaryRP servers the same way you would a darkrp server but that's just not true sadly.
