People think that because it's an very popular game, but not only because of that.
The reason for it being deemed a kids game, its played by more kids.

Umm Because they musthavea really big brain to think that. Just ask aquestion,why a lot of adult youtubers still play Minecraft? That's it in my opinion.

for me i would say that minecraft remains a family game and it's not just for children

Minecraft is really cool if you know how to code for the servers etc

Probably they judge the game only for the graphic, i prefer gameplay on games

The game looks childish by graphics but most of people are dumb and prefers play fortnite
