Wich mods you recommend to new DarkRP servers 100%

Hey, I'd suggest a solid F4, Tab, and HUD menu. It all is cool if they are the same theme too. Have a vast amount of jobs that are unique. Also, bitminers, meth, and some sort of printers are a must. Maybe even another drug addon. I've heard that weird addon "VCMod" is pretty good. Can't imagine myself why.. Must be some crazy people.

Dont get me started! ELS is a must have with the VCMod Main :O 10 out of 10 would recommend even if you don't need it!

VCMOD is really good, expensive but covers a huge field of items. Arcbank is also good but Blue's ATM is now better!

Definitely get ulx, ulib, and urs for admins. As for fun addons, get weapon packs, playermodels, some prop packs for players to use in building.

I'd say as a paid addons you should get a weed system and a meth system.

You should get Vcmod. It makes your roleplay experience better.

F4 menu, Hud, Weapons, Chatbox, CustomJobs, Moneyprinters

Prometheus is good for a start, as then you have a way of earning money automatically. Make sure you have ULX etc. Then things like meth, printers, bitminers etc.
