Will COVID-19 ever **** off?

Mate where I am from, the third wave of COVID is starting and I'm so tired, hopefully It'l be gone soon, I'm getting my vaccine soon!

Another lockdown soon im sure. Mask mandates already coming back in affect. People take things so politically with this.

It'll probably be endemic for the next year or two. After that, who knows? If we manage to vaccinate enough people in the world (which I don't think is likely to happen), then we might eradicate it through acquired immunity, but it doesn't look like that'll be anything but a pipe dream.

I doubt its going away anytime soon.

It will still be here for a while, especially with the Delta variant just starting to go around the world. But luckily we already have a vaccine for it, so on the other hand I'm not sure.
