I saw a vid on yt saying siege will become free to play and i want to know ur guys thought about it might becomeing a f2p

I guess they will do it, cuz they earn more from ingame purchases than from selling copies of game itself

Well yeah, they said that they do. Though that doesnt mean it will go f2p any time soon. Just recently they switched their teams. Original developers went on to develop another ubisoft game. While new team will continue providing support for Siege. That said Siege is still selling quite good and I doubt it will go f2p, at least this year

I don't know dude, Siege is really cool, just grabbed it for 7,99$ on Epic, I can tell you, it's really worth it's price!

It is already at a very low price but I understand why it could become free to play. They still have plenty of in-game purchases and a battle pass that comes out every season so there is still lots of money to be made. But after 6 years and hundreds of sales on the game, I don't think making it free to play will entice a whole bunch of new players.

Eventually when they release another similar game. I'm sure they will have it be free then.
