Windows 10 Restart stuck issue

Anyone can help me? My PC is stuck at restart screen when i try restart and i dont want reinstall my Windows 10.

Did you installed virus?

Try to run a anti-virus software on your computer. if worst comes to worst, you might have to reset your computer.

If it's stuck when restarting, just power it off and reboot into safe mode. For Win10, you need to have 3 "failed" startup attempts before the system will show you the "Windows Recovery Environment". Once you're on this screen, just click onto advanced options and select safe mode. Inside safe mode, try uninstalling any software which may cause a problem and restart

Have you tried doing system Restore? Boot it into safe mode and try it
