Activate ANY product from JetBrains by using "License Server" activation method. It works for any newer version (latest too!):

Instructions
Follow these instructions carefully to activate any JetBrains product with License Server:
0. Download a zip file from below.
1. Extract contents from a zip file into "C:" drive. (IMPORTANT!)
2. Start Command Prompt (cmd) as admin, and change directory (cd) to C:\jetbrains-license-server. (IMPORTANT!)
3. Depending on your Windows operating system:
If you are running Windows 32-bit, run "jetbrains_licsrv.x86.exe -mode install -port 1337 -lictype 0 -username DVT" in cmd and continue to step 4.
If you are running Windows 64-bit, run "jetbrains_licsrv.x64.exe -mode install -port 1337 -lictype 0 -username DVT" in cmd and continue to step 4.
4. You can modify port, lictype and username values to whatever you want, they are optional. lictype parameter is a number which represents a license type (by default it uses commercial type, 0). Wait for a program to complete, then you should see something like:

Also, you can start a program with "--help" option to display help text.
5. Enter "sc start JetBrainsLicServerDVT" in cmd to start a new service (keymaker). (IMPORTANT!)
6. Open license window in JetBrains IDE, or if you want to activate ReSharper then open License Information window in Visual Studio.
7. Select "License Server" as activation method.
8. Enter/Add "http://127.0.0.1:1337" as license server, here is a screenshot of ReSharper license:
