For web development you might want to use Linux reason being windows is more for severs not for development.

Im using windows for games but linux realy bether if u are just programming and surf.

Both are great but linux makes a perfect choice. Linux is advanced from windows.

If I didn't need to use Adobe apps I'd be using Linux all the time. That being said I use Win10 by default but Ubuntu otherwise.

I'm using a NAS with Linus as Webserver. Otherwise Windows with a thirdparty Webserver is very good

If you are a good system administrator, better be familiar with both. But windows is easier for people who are starting with computer. And windows offers more flexibility than linux.

Archlinux. Does what I want, when I need it to. Plus all the stuff I have able to run without the huge Windows overhead is great.
