Wondering if anyone knows how to code for CSGO servers?

setting up servers for a new community and i'm new for csgobut im really good at gmod. I can teach myself csgoservers but it would help a ton if someone who actually knew csgoservers gave me tips on lets say 1v1 servers etc.
