WordPress or Joomla?

I need to convince a friend to go with WordPress, he wants use Joomla. Please tell me why you prefer WordPress or Joomla. Thanks.

what is the difference between wordpress and joomla?

honestly word press is the best for easier user interfaces such as for developing your website. many plugins for free that will boost your website. i have used word press for 2 years now and still do as it will always be my number one choice Joomla, im not experienced in but i promise you word press is the best way to go depending on what your going to do with it? like for example i use my word press for my RSPS (Runescape Private Server). its all about what you feel is comfortable to you my friend.

Wordpress is much easier to use. There's some outlying cases where Joomla would be a better option though so it really depends on what your friends website is going to be.

I only used WordPress once but Ideleted my site, so I guess Wordpress?

Wordpress has more plugins so you can customize your site as you want to.

Personally, I prefer Wordpress. It is what I have the most experience with and it hasn't failed me.

However, if your friend is dying to use Joomla you should probably just let him. If he likes it he can stay or make the switch. You can't really force him to use WP. :sip:

If Im really really honest i dont recommend any of them Wordpress is advanced for me and same with joomia

People wouldn't use wordpress if it wasn't good. 33% of the internet uses wordpress. That must mean something.

i really like wordpress so i choose wordpress. Joomla is like, meh.
