Working in a design studio

I'm currently in my 3rd year of working at a branding agency in London. I can't name who it is, but we work on some quite large global projects.

Day to day I'm usually developing brands, but also have to help out with motion and web design. You have to be a real jack-of-all-trades these days.

Does anyone else have any experience working in a design studio? Would love to start a discussion about how you find it.
