Working on a paid theme [Rate]

So I was payed to work on a theme for a unopened forum and they already had a design in mind but no one to code it and they asked me so they shot me their design and Ive been coding it from one image of the main theme so far this is what I have.

I'm going to tell you this honestly.
I'm a experienced web dev and I run my own webdev/IT business.
I have designers who are experienced and also make themes like these.

But your theme looks so bad. The colors are just YUCK. It really looks like a free theme. The font shadows look also shit. Imo it looks a shit rip of Nulled.
You must really learn more before you start selling these kind of themes.
I'd say start working of a template and edit that youself because I wouldn't really pay for that.

I'm sorry but this is my honest opinion.

If you want I can write a detailed review of each and every step what I like and don't.
