Worth waiting for z490 or building now?

I have a top of the line alienware, albeit from 2011. Been mulling over building a new PC. Is it worth waiting for the z490 boards to come out? I've heard the 10th gen line has 5.3 ghz out the box clock. I also don't mind spending a bit like i did with my alienware at the time since it's lasted me all these years! Just a bit worried with production over in china being impacted maybe delaying my build by a few months
