Compatible XF 2.x versions 2.0
This can be useful if you have a larger (vertical) footer area than default. Instead of scrolling to the very bottom of the page, the down button can take you instead to the breadcrumbs above the footer. By defining a negative top position in extra.less you have control over how much higher up the page the button takes you.

If you don't have a scroll down button, you activate it in Style Properties > page setup: Display page jump buttons on scroll - #3 When scrolling up or down

NB: If you have not customised the footer to be significantly larger, you may not notice any difference until you put a bigger (negative) top setting.
