XF2 [8WR] XenPorta 2 (Portal) PRO 2.1.0.4

I have problems displaying xenporta 2. I executed the instructions in the letters. I unzipped and loaded the files inside the zip on the server, I installed by Admin CP addon portal, set the group permissions, but it does not appear in my portal.
