Installation:
Download Andy-TitleControl-1.3.zip and unzip it.
Copy the src/addons/Andy/TitleControl directory to your server.
From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
External File:
The External File option allows the use of a PHP file that can control the final outcome of the thread title.
