Xbox One Scuf Controller? (Paddles on back)

I'm willing to pay as soon as I'm satisfied and it's complete and works.
I can't afford one online.

Well, what more do you need? I don't need or want actual mods. I just wanna get or make a controller with 2 - 4 paddles on the back.
They are used as pretty much alternatives to whichever button you program them to. Like a and b or w/e.
