RIP, I'm not sure if this is an old article but it's saddening that people are not taking walks, having a 30 minute to 1 hour exercise every once in a while.

Yeh I saw this on facebook recently. I do long stretches like that on my pc, but I am always taking breaks to walk to kitchen to make tea haha.

All gamers should buy the mini leg bycycles to have when they are just sitting down like that :D
