limit the number of characters / words in posts / threads / title

Features:
On/Off message word length option.
On/Off message characters length option.
On/Off title characters length option.
Bypass user groups permission
Installation:
Download XenMax-MessageLength-2.0.0.zip and unzip it.
Upload the src directory to your server.
From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
