Xenforo upgrading process,

Hello guys, pls I'm new to xenforo, I started with xenforo 2.2.2 and I try to upgrade to the new version of 2.2.3 by following the process from xenforo install/upgrad process and totally and up in full installation, and all my data are lost, both users and setup data,

Has this ever happened to anyone els??

Or must I have to uninstall some add-on or totally removed all the files in my hosting CPA??
