You probably don't have to worry about being caught cheating unless you do really obvious stuff. i.e. Digging 1x1 holes to bedrock, flying around, or walking on water...

I mean, I never got caught, at least. I used Nodus back a few years ago, lowkey. Maybe they watch out for it more now, or have some sort of detection.
