20-30 minutes every other day... Some basic excercises and weights at home, still need to work on my cardio though but if I add too much I'll end up being lazy and not doing anything at all.

Perhaps it's just me though
Try doing it around the same time whenever you work out (daily, bidaily, weekly) also try doing it after a specific task... Maybe that'll get you into the routine

Ehhh, might work
The thing is, I know my bed is literally inches away and there are way too many distractions in the house. Back then, before quarantine, I was pretty buff and going to the gym quite regularly. Currently absolutely not that buff

You were fitter before quarantine? Maybe you just need to wait for restrictions to ease then so you can get back to it . I guess the environment helps ya. I feel you tho not buff and not ready for summer that's round the corner.

AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA Summer body....what a joke. I was arguably in a really good shape. Not a sixpack poking through the shirt, but belly was definately flat.
I am literally waiting for this thing to end, but the problem is that IT'S TAKING YEARS TO END
