Your Name - anime movie that you should watch!

I tried searching through the forums to see if anyone had created a thread on this, but maybe I didn't try hard enough because no dedicated thread came up for it. So, here it goes! I absolutely love this anime movie, called, Your Name. I highly encourage everyone who hasn't watched it already to give it a try, even if you aren't into animes. It is one of the movies that just transcends genres and cultures and tastes and preferences, it has and will also in future reach the heart of many. I do not want to say anything about the movie to avoid spoiling ANY aspect of it, but my favorite thing about the movie is its music.

But as Gigguk spells it out, you will instantly experience the glass shattering experience and realize what it all was.

I saw it in the theater and the animation was really beautiful that way. I liked it a lot more in the theater than the Wind Rises or other animated films from Japan. I still haven't seen Mirai from the same director but hopefully its as good as this was.

I honestly wish I could see it in theaters. I didn't have it airing around me, Idk if I can find it now because its been a while since it came out.

This movie changed me in so many ways. I'm so thankful I found it... it's such a gorgeous story. Another anime film from the same year that hit me even harder was A Silent Voice. If you loved Your Name and haven't seen A Silent Voice yet, I strongly suggest you check it out.

Im pretty sure most people had already watched this, and also, those who are starting to get into the anime realm starts with this.

already watched it when it came out and i loved it, dont think its the best movie there is as most people say but it is an amazing movie
