You can just look for the name of the part of your PC you're looking for by pressing the windows key + R simultaneously (or typing run in the windows search bar) and typing msinfo32.exe, your system info will be summarized in the System Information window that pops up.

intel i5 with 8giga RAM, HDD 2TB hdd 1TB crappy monitor and videocard and crappy sound system too.
