Donkey Kong Country for SNES
Zelda Oracles for GBC
Time Splitters for Game Cube
Pokemon Snap for N64

The Legend of Zelda: A Link the the Past. I remember getting stuck trying to beat the first dungeon. I probably spent more time looking at the game manual than I did playing the game. Good times.

Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Sega Genesis version of course.

I used to rage quit pacman so much lol. I remember playing it on the Atari, that's when it was the bomb.
