Demon slayer. Best new anime out hands down. Only one season so far.

Mob Psycho 100 and Hunter X Hunter for me personally, though people might get intimidated by the # of HxH eps

Code Geass is amazing you will love it, its one of my favs

I love Anime based on video games so I'd suggest Danganronpa. It's pretty weird but it has some great plot twists!

Attack on Titan is definitely a great choice! Some of my favorites are Darling in the Franxx, Fate stay night, and Love is War. They are very different genres, but still all enjoyable.
