Depends on if you mean couch multiplayer or online multiplayer... But if you mean online my first one was CS.

My first multiplayer game was Garry's Mod which was the game I'm currently playing

I was nine (now sixteen). My classmate invite me in Warface and we played it for a 2 years, and then i delete it. (Because of too much Donaters, Cheaters and toxic players).
When i got older, my parent bought me Xbox 360 with Titanfall disc.
Titanfall was my greatest expirience of fps shooter. This is my first awesome shooter. I love that game and its mechanics.

My first multiplayer game played ever was San Andreas Multiplayer and i still play it sometimes

LEft 4 dead 2, or call of duty im not sure exactly

My first multiplayer game was probably Runescape, but in terms of non-MMOs, I think it was Left 4 Dead. I played it as a kid and I remember thinking it was sooo spooky. Haha.

Roblox.
Now, I loved Roblox because you could spend hours on end just playing and playing.
But my first Multiplayer steam game was Unturned,
A massively multiplayer survival game.
