Anyone know a host that allows spoofing/malware?

And if so, for how much per month?

Needs to allow scanning AND headder modification.
Has to be both
And 1 Gbps port.
And unlimited/Very high bandwidth
Not some shit like 2 TB

403 error in HF is because you are using an VPN.

Ah, true but someone could know someone .. I was banned on ForumKorner for Multi Accounting (When the retard mods didn't realize I'm on a VPN) (Which I wasn't *) so can't check there, +FK is shit idk why people like it.

And HackForums blocked on my VPN as well.

1. The cheapest I've foundis 46$ but I want to see my other options even though, I know for a matter of fact that 46$ will be the cheapest I want to see if there is anyone else I can buy from as I already bought some of his dedi's and I want to checkout a new guy/host
