advice for a silver jungler?

At silver rank, what you should do depends on your teammates.

If they are winning all lanes, clear your jungle and go for the opposing jungle
( no matter what hero you have, do it anyways because if the opposing jungler is smart enought he/she will try to gank lanes. )

If they are losing 1 or 2 lanes, try to gank them AFTER you clear a decent amount ( so you wouldn't setback in mid game ) of camps from your jungle.

If they are losing them all, well... try to gank them all after level 4 and if possible save them. Yes, it will set you back in mid and late game but this is a team game right? Better for team, better for you
