airsoft or paintball

I hesitate between these two disipines ...
Can give me the positive and negative points of each?

I prefer airsoft, feels more realistic + less messy haha

I personally love Airsoft as some sort of personal group excerise with my teammates. We are all training for the special forces and use 3.0 Joule P99s made by H&K. You need to realize they hurt you pretty bad if you don`t watch out so it`s a great oportunity to also train our skills. But if you really want to go for a fun and not exercising part then I recomment 0.2 airsoft or paintball. Both are so weak you can simply enjoy playing.

Airsoft, because the weapons are like in reallife and using it is almost allowed everywhere like in a forest

I think airsoft is better if you want "realism" but if you just wanna play with your friend, paintball is better
