i love my xiaomi mi 9 lite. if you want it to better you need like some launcher and widget machine.

MIUI Is worst UI designed but xiaomi phones are cheap and powerfull with some money saved on phone u can buy nova launcher and problem is solved.

Don't understand the question since Xiaomi devices uses Android lol. Might be MIUI like the other poster said, in that case, I prefer to customize it using other apps.

Xiaomi is android phones manufacturer lmao, it's ok tho, but I'd prefer having clean android instead of MIUI
