What do you mean by android theme? Do you want a MyBB responsive Material design like a theme for MyBB?

I haven't actually seen any. Depending on your skills, you could probably edit a theme to make it like Android. Or, you can pay a designer to make one. I'd say this is the best option as there are many great designers out there. I'd recommend FlatInk (The owner of this site who made this theme).
