I listen to a lot of jazz fuson and chill vaporwave. Terminal Passage on YouTube has a lot of great jazz fusion, smooth jazz, and prog and Vapor Memory has nice vaporwave and synthwave. They're extensive and curated and where I get a lot of my relax/study music!

That personallydepends on you. But I'llsuggest something calmingandnot playing it on a loud volume.
