are there any librem5 clones out there?

Hey guys,

i recently discovered the Librem 5 phone. i dont care much about the price tag of $649, its clearly priced waay above what it actually costs. This got me thinking: i am sure there is a cheap chinese knockoff version of this phone already, its probably named something else.

I have seen chinese clones of popular video cards that were on par if not better than originals. there must be a phone clone somewhere already.

any ideas?

I dont think you should buy chineese knock offs, just buy the real thing, then it won't blow up after 4 months
