are we alone in this universe ?

yes in fact i think i am alone in this universe and all of you are part of my simulation

I find both to be equally terrifying.

The universe is far too large for us to be the only existing life-form.

If the universe is truly infinite, it sounds strange that the only life in the universe is on Earth. I think we are not alone.
