I'd say C0 Ayaka but if you can afford Raiden C2 is insane.

I think Raiden for me has to be a clear winner because of how diverse her play style is.

kazuha is undeniably one of the best, man brings so much to the team on top of his own destructive damage

Everyone sayin Hu Tao and Raiden but the best character you can use but the real best character Is Aether and Neuvillette
