Nova cars is way way way way outdated, doesn't support a lot A LOT of cars on the workshop. Vcmod has support for majority of the cars on the workshop and its exploits are patched and is supported.

Zeros addons are amazing because you get to interact with all the objects making cocain/weed/etc. I have yet to find a good printer addon though...

Realistics kidnap system and zeros addons. You need VCmod too, but do not buy ELS just use PHOTON its better. Easiest to turn on lights or siren.

The best addon is paramedic because it has many functions and you already have work ready

Perhaps for dark RP it will be, the most is ATMs, and much more, to be honest, I cant say exactly what it costs.

thanks a ton for this, i thought that freeman was asking a little too much for ELS. seriously though, ~$20, for lights??? vcmod's base is well-deserving but christ if ELS isn't overpriced..

You can find 3 on every 10 servers. I'm very sure if you want to come skype, let's look together. :D.
