Akira, without a doubt. That is a movie that honestly should be on a general top 5 list of anyone's top 5 anime movie list. Looking forward to seeing the remastered coming out soon.

It's gotta be Akira or Ghost in the Shell. Other tangentially related to cyberpunk that have some themes shared across would be Serial Experiments Lain, Paprika (maybe but it's a bit of a stretch)

My favorite is Trigun, Vash is a one of a kind character with a great backstory.

I would say Psycho-Pass if you're into psychological thrillers.
