best edit program?

For me, the starting point was vegas and that was my choice of editing program for a couple years but after a while i started looking into ae and now i 100% believe that ae is the best program to edit gameplay

After effects is my personal favorite.

If you want to make more complicated stuff, then after effects will be good for you.

Sony vegas is okay, maybe something from adobe will be better

I just use the creative cloud suite, reliable and don't mind paying for it.
