You need to be more specific... Video editing or graphic work? Regarding OBS, I'm currently using OBS Live, but regular OBS Studio works just as well

DaVinci Resolve for its global workflow that combines editing, compositing, color grading, audio mixing and exporting. Nice interface

Premiere Pro. Or DaVinci for more advanced filmmaking work i think. After Effects is good for Motion Graphics stuff, it is made for that. So, for editing Premiere Pro it is.
