I'd say any. Try to increase your skill with any gun, let's say AK-47, after plenty of hours playing with 1 gun you will see the difference.

If you're new to the game i would say the main rifles like the M4A1s and AK and AWP until you get more familiar.

I like to rush enemies when i am a CT with a P90 and it ends up pretty good on my side

The absolute best gun to use is the ak47, you might not be able to use it every round because its only aval. on the terrorist side!
