Android offers a lot of customizability out of the box and rooting it unlocks it's full potential

Went from IOS to Android and glad to have swapped. With using window on all my other machines it fits in much better.

Try Huawei, they have their quirky but fluid operating system that comes close to Android.

Whatever OS does the job we need it to do, whatever is available. Some system setups are easier in windows or more configurable in linux. Media servers I lean towards linux for ease of rolling up new instances.

I've heard IOS is very secure and optimized, but android offers more customizability.

android is my favourite os, since apple constrict to buy a phone every year

i've tried both. android is better on the higher end spec ones. the lower end android phones are just really bad. iOS on the other hand is great when phone is new, then they slow it down with each update

I used to jailbreak my iphones, but now I enjoy my vanilla ios 13. Its so much better than android, even left without jailbreak
