best programs for windows?

so im getting a new windows computer v e r y soon and cant wait to use it.

only problem is that i havent used a windows computer, (except for at school), in over half a decade.

my question is, what are the best free or inexpensive programs for windows that i should get right when i boot up the computer?

(yes, i know that i will get steam and google chrome)

Steam, Origin, & Uplay xD and don't forget Utorrent lmao ^^#

I would get rainmeter, you can make a neat desktop with it

Consider taking malwarebytes (even the free version).
If you plan on downloading some weird shit and need a sandbox take sandboxie.
Take steam, uplay,origin,battle.net idk what you're on
Libreoffice if you plan to do something productive on it
Google chrome or Vivaldi except if you want to use the multi-awarded edge
What do you usually did on your mac or Linux and with what program

I should also go for discord so you can talk with the nulledbb people if you haven't enough of them.

MalwareBytes, Google Chrome, Discord, Skype, uTorrent, Microsoft Office, Steam, Gyazo (or similar).

Kodi so you can watch some free shit.

Only ones I find essential are

Chrome,
VLC,
uTorrent

There are many programs that are useful but it depends on what you do.
