Harry Mack is definitely the freestyle king. Watched almost every video of his on Youtube.

But I'd say Eminem is the best rapper alive.

I'd Say Eminem but now that I look at his current work he's definitely not doing as good as he was but he's still a goat none the less, other great rappers or hiphop artists would be Kanye, JayZ, Lil wayne, Snoop Dogg for some instance and many other OGs

Old Eminem imho. Old Jay-Z was hot too.
